As CEO of Aircraft Academy, Rachel Hugonnet is dedicated to building a new approach to aviation training, bringing together knowledge, practical experience and industry expertise.
In addition to her role as Chief Workforce & Training Officer at Vallair Group, she works to develop training solutions that support aircraft maintenance professionals and help shape the future of aviation.

BRUNO FOREY
Bruno has enjoyed a long career working exclusively in the aviation industry with Boeing and Airbus. He now brings his extensive, encyclopedic knowledge to Aircraft Academy. A seasoned professional with years of hands-on experience, his career path included time at airlines, manufacturers and MROs. He seized the opportunity to join the team based in Chateauroux in the spring of 2024 and his mission is to pass on his formidable mastery of, and enthusiasm for, all aspects of the industry to his current, and future, students.
Bruno says "I hope that this new career move will allow me to not only maintain my personal passion for this profession, but, above all, to be able to share it by educating and inspiring others."

As Quality Manager Part 147, Cyrielle plays a key role in supporting Aircraft Academy's commitment to excellence, ensuring that quality, compliance and continuous improvement remain at the heart of the Academy's training activities.

Eva joined the Aircraft Academy team in 2025. Her role bridges several key areas of the Academy, combining customer relations, business development, digital communication and training organisation. With a background focused on efficiency and client satisfaction, she ensures that both our students and partners receive seamless support throughout their journey.

Aircraft Academy only recruits the best. We ensure that our training staff have in-depth practical knowledge to share at all times, whether it be online, in the classroom, or on-the-job. Our relationship with Vallair means that we can integrate practical training at their widebody and narrowbody maintenance facilities in Châteauxroux and Montpellier in France, at no extra cost.
